Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Planning & Delivery-

- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective and engaging lessons for students across different age groups and proficiency levels (Classes VI to VII).
- Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, and instructional materials, including the use of the language lab.
- Prepare students for subject-based competitions, exhibitions, and academic events.
- Conduct classes effectively through both onsite and online modes as required.

Language Skill Development-

- Design and implement a structured curriculum covering grammar, vocabulary, syntax, pronunciation, and comprehension, aligned with CBSE standards and student learning needs.

Assessment & Feedback-

- Prepare question papers and worksheets in accordance with CBSE guidelines.
- Evaluate classwork, homework, projects, and examinations.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to support continuous student improvement.

Conversational & Communication Skills-

- Encourage students to actively use the language in conversational and practical contexts to build fluency, confidence, and expression.

Extracurricular Involvement-

- Organize and actively participate in school cultural programs, literary events, assemblies, and extracurricular activities.

Technology Integration-

- Integrate modern teaching tools, digital resources, and educational software to enhance classroom engagement and learning outcomes.




- Demonstrate responsible and secure use of educational technology.

Project-Based Learning-

- Motivate and guide students, especially advanced learners, in research work or projects related to Hindi/Sanskrit linguistics, literature, and Indian culture.

Qualifications-

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the relevant subject.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) – Mandatory

Experience-

- Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching experience in the CBSE curriculum for Classes VI to X.
- Prior experience in a CBSE-affiliated school is preferred.
- Publications (poems, stories, articles), seminars, or conferences will be an added advantage.

Skills-

- Strong proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Sound knowledge of basic computer applications and educational technology.
- Student-centered teaching approach with a commitment to inclusivity, holistic development, and a growth mindset.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students through innovative, culturally rich, and value-based pedagogy.
