HAE BOB is a premium hair care brand offering high-quality Shampoo, Conditioner, Hair Mask, and Hair Serum. We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to expand our presence across salons, cosmetic stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new distributors and retail dealers in the assigned territory.
- Visit salons, cosmetic stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, and wholesalers daily.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new business and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with distributors for timely order booking and collections.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate retailers about HAE BOB products.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the Area Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Graduate preferred (12th pass with relevant sales experience may also apply).
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Beauty product sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone-based reporting.
