We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Graphic Designer & Video Editor to lead our creative and digital content efforts. This role requires hands-on experience in designing, video production, and digital optimization across platforms like Instagram and Amazon.
This is not a routine execution role — we need someone who can take full ownership, think creatively, and independently manage the entire content lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality corporate creatives, marketing posts, and branding materials
- Create engaging Instagram posts, reels, and video content
- Plan and execute product photography and videography
- Handle Instagram outreach and engagement strategies
- Optimize content for better reach, engagement, and conversions
- Ensure all creatives align with brand identity and market positioning
- Continuously improve content performance through testing and iteration
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,
Premiere Pro/After Effects
- Understanding of social media trends, especially Instagram
- Basic knowledge of content optimization and digital marketing
- Ability to handle camera, lighting, and product shoots
Candidate Profile
- Self-motivated and takes initiative without constant supervision
- Strong attention to detail in both design and content
- Creative thinker with a solid sense of branding
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willing to take ownership of the entire creative process
Important Note
This is a high-responsibility role. The candidate will be expected to independently manage tasks from content creation to execution and optimization.
No spoon-feeding will be provided, so a proactive attitude is essential.
