Job Summary

The Education Counsellor will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their educational requirements, and guiding them toward suitable courses. The role involves handling student inquiries, converting leads into admissions, achieving monthly admission targets, and delivering an excellent counselling experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist students with their course-related queries.
- Understand students' educational needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions by providing accurate information and effective counselling.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.




- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Admissions, Operations, and Student Support teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Build robust relationships with students and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on course offerings, admission policies, and industry trends.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
