Key Responsibilities:



Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs.



Set up and operate a variety of machine tools (e.g., lathes, grinders, milling machines, CNC equipment) to produce precision tools and dies.



Assemble and test completed tools and dies for proper operation and compliance with specifications.



Perform maintenance and repairs on existing tools and dies as needed.



Inspect finished products to ensure parts meet quality standards and dimensional accuracy.



Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve tooling performance and resolve manufacturing challenges.



Maintain accurate records of tool and die maintenance, repairs, and modifications.



Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work workplace.

Qualifications:





 High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification in Tool and Die Making preferred.

 Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tool and Die Maker in a manufacturing environment.

 Proficiency in using manual and CNC machine tools.

 Strong knowledge of materials, heat treatment processes, and machining techniques.

 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

 Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.

 Attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.

 Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,444.12 - ₹40,000.00 per month
