Brief: As Graphic Designer, you will design static content for social media, paid ads, Amazon listing, quick commerce listings, etc. This role goes beyond simply creating positive-looking creatives — we are looking for someone who understands how design influences attention, engagement, perception, and conversion in a digital-first environment. You will have the opportunity to shape the visual identity of Scrubsy!

Key Responsibilities:

- Design creatives across formats and channels – social media, paid ads, Amazon listing, quick commerce listings, emails etc.
- Create visually engaging static creatives, carousels, and marketing assets
- Work within Scrubsy’s brand guidelines at all times – typography, colour palette, spacing, and visual tone
- Build reusable design templates for recurring content formats
- Work to campaign deadlines without compromising quality




- Collaborate with various stakeholders
- Stay updated with new design trends and customer’s preferences

What We Are Looking For

Mandatory Requirement

- 0 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a related creative role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator or Photoshop is a must
- Strong understanding of social media design
- Eye for detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirement

- Prior experience in D2C, consumer brands, e-commerce or startup
- Experience in Motion Graphics is an added advantage
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools/workflows
