- We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Engineer with experience in the construction industry to ensure that all construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and statutory regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring site quality, conducting inspections, and ensuring timely resolution of quality issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure quality compliance for all construction activities at the project site.
- Conduct inspections of civil, structural, and finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality procedures.
- Inspect incoming materials and verify compliance with approved standards.
- Identify quality defects, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants, and Contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, material test reports, and project records.
- Ensure compliance with IS codes,



project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Conduct internal quality audits and monitor adherence to quality management systems.
- Assist in project handover by ensuring all quality documentation is complete.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 4–8 years of experience in Quality Control within the Construction industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, quality standards, and testing procedures.
- Familiarity with IS Codes, QA/QC processes, and construction quality documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
