- Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, installation, or industrial electrical systems (experience requirement may vary based on role level).
- Knowledge of electrical systems, motors, control panels, PLC basics, and instrumentation is an advantage.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with electrical testing instruments such as multimeters, insulation testers, and clamp meters.
- Understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
