- Machine Operation: Operate surface machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Setup and Calibration: Prepare, set up, and adjust machine settings, controls, and abrasive wheels or attachments based on blueprints, technical drawings, or job orders.
- Quality Control & Inspection: Monitor the machine during operation; inspect finished workpieces or surfaces using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, vernier calipers) to ensure they meet strict tolerance and quality standards.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine pre-start inspections, cleaning, and minor maintenance on equipment. Identify mechanical issues, troubleshoot performance errors, and report major faults to the maintenance team.
- Waste & Material Management:



Properly handle raw materials, explicit swarf/cutting waste, and dispose of scrap or hazardous materials according to environmental and safety regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs of production output, machine performance, downtime, and maintenance activities.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all plant safety rules, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and participate in safety and hazard-reporting programs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
