We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive / Account Manager to manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Understand client objectives and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Coordinate with Creative, Content, SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, and Web Development teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Track campaign performance and present reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Conduct client meetings, campaign reviews, and follow-ups.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budgets, and agreed scope.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication and project status.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Client Success, or Digital Marketing Agency.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO,



Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Branding, and Paid Advertising.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, CRM tools, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven agency environment.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.

Experience

- Client Servicing / Account Management: Minimum 2 years (Required)
- Digital Marketing Agency experience preferred.

Work Location

In Person – Indiranagar, Bengaluru

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,327.08 per month
