Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

- Design creatives for digital campaigns, social media posts, websites, ads, and branding.
- Work with the marketing team to turn ideas into eye-catching designs.
- Create graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with our brand.
- Adapt and resize visuals for multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, web, etc.).
- Collaborate with content writers, video editors, and developers to produce cohesive designs.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and formats.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design (internships or freelance projects count).




- Proficiency with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Figma.
- A creative portfolio that shows your design thinking and style.
- Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Bonus: Motion graphics, video editing, or illustration skills.

Preferred

- Experience designing for startups, social media, or digital-first brands.
- Familiarity with Canva, After Effects, or other design tools.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
