Role: Project Coordinator – IAM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, with a strong grasp of documentation standards and project lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing IAM-related projects.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project charters, business requirement documents (BRDs), project plans, and presentations.
- Track project deliverables, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure explicit communication and alignment on project goals.
- Organize and participate in project meetings; document minutes, action items,



and follow-ups.
- Support the project manager in resource allocation, reporting, and risk management.
- Maintain project trackers and dashboards for status reporting and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, processes, and best practices.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Familiarity with project documentation and planning tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of IAM concepts is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
