Job Overview:
ADinfra is looking for a motivated and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with hands-on experience in property sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the real estate market, client handling skills, and the ability to drive closures through effective relationship management and site presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound leads related to residential .
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Conduct site visits and property presentations to prospective buyers
- Actively follow up with clients to ensure conversions and deal closures
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and post-sales processes
- Stay updated on current real estate trends, pricing, and project details
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis

Requirements:





- Minimum 6 months of direct experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
- Proven track record of site visits and deal closures
- Valuable knowledge of local real estate market and property types
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in residential or commercial property sales
- Strong closing skills and sales-driven mindset
