We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries, following up with prospective candidates/customers, and maintaining accurate records. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Tamil and English, with a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
- Explain the institution's courses, programs, facilities, and admission process clearly.
- Follow up regularly with prospective candidates to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and enquiry status.
- Schedule appointments or campus visits for interested candidates.
- Coordinate with the Admissions/HR team regarding leads and application status.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain confidentiality of student/customer information.
Required Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
- Previous experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or Sales Executive is an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
- Ability to maintain call records and follow-up data.
- Positive attitude with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours
- As per the institution's office timings.
Salary
- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
