About the Role Care at Home is a leading healthcare staffing provider in Ranchi. We supply trained caregivers and nursing staff to sick and elderly patients at their homes.We are looking for a responsible and organized .

Office Manager to handle our daily office operations, staff coordination, and client relations.

Work Timings & Flexibility

- Office Hours: 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Flexibility Note: While office hours are fixed, the candidate must be responsible enough to handle calls from clients or staff during mornings and evenings.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordination: Act as the main link between field staff, clients, and placement partners.
- Grievance Handling: Resolve client complaints and manage day-to-day staff issues smoothly.
- Recruitment: Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new healthcare staff.
- Follow-ups:



Conduct regular feedback calls with clients and deployed staff to ensure service quality.
- Data Management: Maintain daily work logs, and placement records.

Required Skills

- Computer Skills: Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Internet Savvy: Ability to search the web, use job portals, and handle basic online tools.
- Communication: Robust verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Problem-Solving: Patient, empathetic, and capable of handling stressful situations or complaints.
