Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead and manage the overall sales operations at Goel Marble House. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, building strong client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, and key clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for marble and stone products.
- Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and negotiations to close deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for management review.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy cash flow.




- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of projects.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7–12 years of experience in sales, preferably in marble, granite, tiles, or construction-related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high-value clients and close large deals.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
