Zebronics India Private Limited is looking for a dynamic, technically skilled, and customer-oriented Service Engineer to join our service team in Cochin, Kerala.

As a Service Engineer, you will be the face of Zebronics technical support, ensuring high-quality repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our diverse product portfolio, including IT peripherals, audio systems, smart wearables, and surveillance equipment.

## Job Overview

- Position: Service Engineer
- Location: Cochin (Kochi), Kerala
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Department: Technical Support & After-Sales Service
- Experience Required: 1 to 4 years in electronics/IT hardware servicing

## Key Responsibilities

- Diagnosis & Repair: Troubleshoot, component-level repair, and service Zebronics products (such as speakers, towers, motherboards, power supplies, monitors, and gaming peripherals).
- Customer Support: complaints at the service center, providing prompt, polite, and effective resolutions.
- On-Site Support: Visit client locations or dealer points across Cochin and nearby regions for installations or major repair work when required.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of inward/outward inventory, spare parts utilization, and job sheets in the service CRM software.
- Feedback Loop:



Coordinate with the testing and quality teams regarding recurring product defects to help improve product design.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma/Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or IT/Hardware Networking.
- Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with chip-level troubleshooting, soldering irons, multi-meters, and reading circuit diagrams.
- Product Knowledge: Prior experience repairing audio systems (5.1/2.1 speakers), IT peripherals, or consumer electronics is highly preferred.
- Languages: Fluency in Malayalam and a working knowledge of English or Hindi for internal communication.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a patient, customer-first attitude.
