Key Responsibilities
● Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates from job portals
● Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
● Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
● Assist in employee onboarding and documentation
● Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
● Support HR team in daily administrative tasks
● Coordinate with candidates and employees for HR-related communication
