We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Telecaller to join our team in Mohali, Punjab. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in handling calls, communicating with customers, and maintaining proper follow-ups. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build good relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Explain company services, products, and offers clearly to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with clients through calls and maintain proper records.
- Maintain daily call reports and update customer details in the system.
- Identify customer requirements and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good listening and convincing abilities.
- Confident and professional approach while speaking with customers.
- Ability to handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates from Mohali or nearby areas will be preferred.
- Experience in sales calling, lead generation, or customer handling will be an advantage.
- Should be target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
