We are looking for a proactive and target-driven HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage high-volume hiring requirements. The role involves sourcing candidates, making a high number of outbound calls daily, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews to close positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and social platforms
- Make ~100 outbound calls per day to connect with potential candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Assess candidate suitability based on role requirements
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate records of calls, candidate status, and follow-ups
- Achieve daily and monthly hiring and calling targets
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Ensure a smooth and qualified candidate experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Ability to work with hiring targets and timelines
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and interview techniques
- Familiarity with job portals and ATS systems is a plus
