Role Overview

We're seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join our engineering team, building modern web applications for our client using Next.js, Supabase, and cloud-native deployment workflows. You'll work in an AI-augmented development environment, using tools like Claude Code to ship faster without compromising code quality.

This role involves close collaboration with our clients' product teams while owning features end-to-end - from database schema to deployed UI.

Key Responsibilities:

Feature Development:

- Build responsive, performant web applications using Next.js 15/16 (App Router, Server Components, Server Actions).
- Style and build UI components using TailwindCSS.
- Design and implement database schemas, auth flows, and storage using Supabase
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested TypeScript code.
- Debug and resolve production issues across the stack.

Deployment & DevOps

- Deploy and manage applications on Vercel or Netlify
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Manage version control workflows using Git and GitHub (branching, PRs, code reviews)

AI-Augmented Development

- Use Claude Code as part of the daily development workflow to accelerate implementation, refactoring, and debugging




- Apply good judgment on when and how to use AI tools to maintain code quality and security standards.

Client Collaboration

- Work directly with client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
- Participate in client meetings, provide technical updates, and communicate progress clearly.
- Take ownership of features and components with minimal hand-holding

Required Qualifications

- 2-3+ years of qualified full stack development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Next.js 15 or 16, including App Router and Server Components.
- Proficiency in TailwindCSS for building responsive UIs.
- Experience with Supabase (auth, database, storage, edge functions)
- Experience deploying and managing applications on Vercel or Netlify
- Solid Git/GitHub workflow experience, including GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
- Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants like Claude Code or Cursor in real projects.
- Strong TypeScript fundamentals

Good to Have

- Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, or similar managed services)
- Node.js backend development experience

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for working with global clients.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Professional client-facing communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Comfortable working across time zones.
