Key Responsibilities

- Production Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute daily production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Quality Control: Supervise fabric quality, ensuring compliance with specifications such as GSM, shrinkage, and shade matching.
- Machine Operation & Maintenance: Oversee machine setup, performance, and troubleshooting; coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
- Staff Supervision: Lead, train, and schedule machine operators, fostering a productive team.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production logs, machine downtime, and personnel data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in knitting or textile manufacturing.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of knitting machinery, yarn types, and textile production processes.
- Leadership: Strong communication, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Education: High school diploma required; a degree in Textile Technology or related field is often preferred.
