We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive (Fresher) to manage day-to-day order operations. The candidate will be responsible for customer order confirmation calls, coordinating shipment preparation through shipping partners and handling support tickets on shipping platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers to confirm orders and delivery details.
- Coordinate order preparation and dispatch with warehouse/packing team.
- Create and manage shipments through Delhivery and Shiprocket portals.
- Raise and follow up support tickets on shipping platforms for delivery, pickup, RTO, or tracking issues.
- Monitor daily order status, shipping updates, and customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, and customer communication.
- Coordinate with courier partners for smooth order deliveries.
Requirements
- Fresher candidates are welcome.
- Basic computer knowledge and communication skills.
- Positive spoken Hindi and basic English communication.
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
- Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Quick learner with good coordination and problem-solving skills.
