Require part time accountant proficient in Zoho software , Tax fillings and Audit preparation.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Part-time Accountant to manage our daily financial operations and keep our books in perfect order.

Key responsibilities

- Manage ledger: Oversee daily accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Reconcile accounts: Perform monthly bank, credit card, and vendor reconciliations.
- Financial reporting: Prepare quarterly balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements.
- Tax compliance: Assist with monthly tax filings and year-end audit preparation. [1, 2, 3]

Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Software skills: High proficiency in ZOHO , Tally, plus advanced Excel skills.
- Attributes: Solid analytical thinking, absolute trustworthiness, and sharp attention to detail.
