Roles & Responsibilities

1. EPT Communication & Client Coordination

- Present and explain the Estimated Project Timeline (EPT) document to clients clearly and professionally.
- Obtain formal client acknowledgement and sign-off on the EPT prior to project commencement.
- Monitor and track actual project completion against committed timelines.
- Collect and act on client feedback to continuously improve communication clarity.

2. Final Site Measurement & Validation

- Conduct precise site measurements and validate all dimensions before production/dispatch.
- Submit final measurement reports within defined timelines to avoid production delays.
- Ensure pre-measurement checklist compliance covering plumbing, electrical, and civil readiness.
- Coordinate effectively with design and production teams to align on specifications.
- Minimize errors and rework due to inaccurate measurements.

3. Installation Quality & Execution Supervision

- Supervise and ensure installation work adheres to approved design drawings and specifications.
- Identify and resolve installation defects during or immediately after installation.
- Minimize rework instances by ensuring quality checks at each stage of execution.




- Ensure installation completion within the timeline defined in the EPT.
- Maintain site cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards throughout the installation process.

4. Final Handover to Client

- Ensure complete project documentation (checklists, warranty cards, operation manuals) is prepared and handed over to the client.
- Obtain client sign-off on the final handover document.
- Drive snag list closure before initiating handover.
- Achieve high client satisfaction scores at the handover stage.
- Monitor and address post-handover complaints within the defined resolution period.

5. Client Coordination & Communication

- Maintain proactive and clear communication with clients throughout the installation lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns during installation.
- Escalate client issues promptly to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely resolution.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
