Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Account Executive to join our finance team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have 1–3+ years of experience in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The candidate must have practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), and hands-on experience with Tally ERP/TallyPrime or Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP/TallyPrime or Zoho Books.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and perform GST reconciliations.
- Handle TDS deductions, accounting, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Process purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Maintain books of accounts in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and statutory requirements.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.




- Support internal and statutory audits by preparing required financial records and reports.
- Ensure timely compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and tax consultants as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
- 2–4+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/TallyPrime or Zoho Books.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in handling statutory compliances.
- Knowledge of payroll processing is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with additional ERP/accounting software is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
