Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude.
- Register patients and manage appointments.
- Handle phone calls and patient inquiries.
- Guide patients regarding diagnostic tests and billing.
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other departments.
- Maintain patient records and front office documentation.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & internet).
- Experience in a hospital, diagnostic centre,



or clinic is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
