Job Profile: Quality Analyst -Operations

Job Description:

Managing mystery shopping assignments

- Scheduling mystery shoppers through phone/mail for audits across India
- Editing the mystery audit reports for quality

Business Analytics: We provide clients with expert analysis to help them drive results. You will be responsible for:

- Analysis and presentation of data.
- To help understand key trends across outlets




- To help simplify complex data & make it meaningful for your business
- Key Customer Insights: To help understand what customers want and what they expect.

- To analyze what is being delivered and its impact what we look for? Who would be an ideal candidate?
