Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Site Engineer for building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality execution, managing manpower, coordinating with contractors/vendors, and completing work as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

Key Responsibilities:Site Execution & Supervision:

- Supervise all civil construction activities at site such as excavation, RCC work, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing works, etc.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor progress of work and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Maintain daily site progress reports.

Quality Control:

- Check line, level, alignment, and dimensions before execution.
- Ensure proper material usage and workmanship quality.
- Coordinate testing of materials such as cement, steel, concrete cubes, bricks, sand, etc.
- Rectify site issues and defects promptly.

Manpower & Material Management:

- Manage site supervisors, contractors, labor, and subcontractors.
- Plan manpower requirement as per work schedule.
- Ensure timely requisition and availability of construction materials.
- Monitor wastage control of materials.

Coordination:

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, MEP teams, and client representatives.




- Resolve site technical issues in consultation with senior management.
- Attend site meetings and submit updates.

Safety & Compliance:

- Ensure implementation of safety procedures at site.
- Maintain housekeeping and safe working workplace.
- Follow statutory and company guidelines.

Billing & Documentation:

- Verify subcontractor bills and measurements.
- Prepare bar bending schedule (BBS), quantity calculations, and material reconciliation.
- Maintain records of drawings, approvals, DPR, and correspondence.

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in building construction projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, or government building works preferred.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and site execution.
- Ability to read drawings and BOQ.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of billing and quantity estimation preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in multi-storey building projects.
- Ability to independently handle project site.
- Immediate joining preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
