Responsibilities

Contact customers to remind them of upcoming EMI payments and provide payment options.Inform customers about the consequences of missed or delayed payments.Maintain a friendly and professional tone during all customer interactions.Update and manage customer records accurately in our CRM system.Identify and resolve payment-related issues promptly.Ensure high collection rates while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.Provide regular updates to the team leads on collection progress.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.Stay updated with company policies and procedures related to collections

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.Prior experience in a customer care or collections role is preferred.Valuable problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.Basic knowledge of financial concepts and EMI processes.A positive and enthusiastic approach to customer interactions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
