Our performance marketing campaigns generate consistent, high-quality leads for clients, and this role plays an important part in supporting that growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support our Performance Marketing team.

This role is ideal for candidates with up to one year of experience who want to build a career in Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns under guidance.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Track campaign performance metrics such as Leads, CPL, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
- Prepare basic performance reports using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Perform landing page reviews, lead form audits, and basic funnel quality checks.
- Support Local SEO activities and Google Business Profile (Google My Business) optimisation for healthcare clients.
- Coordinate with the Content and Graphic Design teams to ensure creatives align with campaign objectives.




- Maintain lead tracking sheets and report lead quality issues or campaign drop-offs.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

- Google Ads Certification or Meta Blueprint Certification (completed or in progress).
- Basic understanding of SEO and Google Business Profile (GMB).
- Prior exposure to Healthcare, Fitness, Nutrition, or Wellness Marketing.
