Key Responsibilities

- Handle SOTO air bookings for international travel requirements.
- Manage flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
- Interpret and apply airline fare rules, routing regulations, and ticketing policies.




- Provide accurate fare quotations and itinerary options to customers and travel partners.
- Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve booking-related issues.
- Ensure timely processing of exchanges, schedule changes, and ticket modifications.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor queue management and booking deadlines to avoid service disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and airline procedures.
- Stay updated with airline policies, industry trends, and GDS enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–8 years of experience in International Air Ticketing and SOTO operations.
- Strong knowledge of GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
- Hands-on experience in ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and fare calculations.
- Positive understanding of international routing, fare construction, and airline regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
