We are seeking a skilled and proactive BSS/OSS Support Engineer to manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and support telecom and ISP operation management systems.

ACS (Auto Configuration Server) Support
General Support Activities
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for BSS/OSS applications.
- Analyze application logs and database records for issue resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to development or infrastructure teams.
- Maintain incident, problem, and change management records.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in 24x7 support rotation when required.
Soft Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Qualifications
- Any Graduate
Preferred Experience
- Experience in ISP or telecom support environments.
- Exposure to AAA, Billing, NMS, ACS, and IPDR/IP Log Management systems.
- Knowledge of Docker, Jenkins, and CI/CD is a plus.
- Experience with ELK Stack / OpenSearch for log analysis is desirable.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and integration troubleshooting is beneficial.
