- Qualification: SSC / HSC or equivalent; basic housekeeping training preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support room attendants in daily cleaning and servicing of guest rooms.
- Ensure all rooms meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Check linen, amenities, and equipment availability and report maintenance issues.
- Assist guests courteously with special requests and room-related needs.
- Train new staff and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
Skills & Requirements:
- Robust attention to detail and leadership skills.
- Good communication and guest interaction ability.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and hotel standards.
- Physically fit and punctual.
