We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to strengthen relationships with existing customers and drive repeat business. The role involves engaging with the company's existing customer base to identify opportunities for Loan Top-up, Mortgage Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Vehicle Loans while ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers through regular phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Contact eligible customers for loan top-up offers, refinancing, balance transfer, and new loan opportunities.
- Promote and cross-sell financial products including:
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Mortgage Loans
- Vehicle Loans
- Loan Top-up Facilities
- Analyze customer profiles and identify lending opportunities based on repayment history and eligibility.
- Explain loan features, interest rates, tenure, documentation requirements, and benefits to customers.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain high customer retention and repeat business ratios.
- Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Collections, and Branch Teams for seamless customer service.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, KYC norms, and company policies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
