About the Role

ValetEZ is looking for a Deployment Admin Intern to support the Deployment team by managing import/export documentation, maintaining inventory records, coordinating dispatches, and ensuring accurate documentation for deployment activities. This is an office-based role requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Educational Qualification

· Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.

· Freshers may apply.

· Internship experience in operations, logistics, or administration is an advantage.

Technical Knowledge & Skills (Mandatory)

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Sheets.

· Basic understanding of inventory management.

· Valuable documentation and filing skills.

· Good communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Maintain inventory records and stock movement.

· Update inward and outward inventory in trackers.

· Track assets issued to deployment engineers.





· Perform inventory reconciliation and report discrepancies.

· Prepare and maintain import/export documentation.

· Maintain delivery challans, invoices and shipment records.

· Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners.

· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports.

· Maintain deployment MIS and operational trackers.

· Support procurement and administrative activities.

Work Location

· Tin Factory, Bengaluru (Work From Office – 5 Days a Week)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
