Key Responsibilities:

- Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), HMI (Human Machine Interface), and SCADA systems.
- Integrate automation systems with existing machinery and equipment.
- Develop and maintain control strategies for production and process optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality to support operational efficiency.
- Ensure all automation solutions comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Analyze production data to identify automation opportunities and implement improvements.
- Perform system testing, validation, and documentation.
- Provide training and technical support to operators and maintenance personnel.
- Manage projects, including timelines, budgets, and coordination with vendors or contractors.
- Maintain and update electrical and control system schematics and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:





Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field.

Experience:

- 2–5 years of experience in industrial automation or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi).
- Experience with SCADA, HMI design, and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Familiarity with servo drives, VFDs, sensors, and actuators.
- Experience in the manufacturing, process, or utilities industries preferred.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and P&IDs.;
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of safety systems, industrial networking, and instrumentation.
