Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead technology, data, analytics, and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will manage project delivery, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the desired quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

- - Manage end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure.
- Develop project plans, track milestones, and monitor progress.
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resources.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

- - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
- Facilitate project governance meetings and manage escalations.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements & Team Coordination

- - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and priorities.

Agile & Waterfall Delivery

- - Manage projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies where applicable.
- Ensure adherence to project management standards and governance processes.

Risk & Documentation Management

- - Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, status reports, and meeting minutes.




- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage project changes through structured change control processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have

- - 6–8 years of overall experience with at least 4 years in Project Management.
- Experience managing technology, software, data, or analytics projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience with project planning, risk management, and requirement gathering.

Good to Have

- - PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Exposure to Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, Cloud, or Digital Transformation projects.
