HandysCompany is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executives (CRM) to strengthen customer engagement and satisfaction across its growing home services network. Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer interactions through phone calls, messages, and emails.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service-related concerns professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up with customers regarding service requests and completed jobs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Coordinate with Operations and Service Teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Generate customer feedback reports and share insights with management.

Eligibility

- Experience in Customer Service, CRM, Telecalling,



or Client Relationship Management is preferred.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- No specific degree is required.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
