Job Summary:

Insurance Operations Associate will be responsible for managing end-to-end insurance back-office and data processing operations for P&C; insurance. The role involves ensuring adherence to client-specific insurance processes, meeting productivity and quality benchmarks, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in insurance operations within a BPO/KPO environment, solid leadership skills, and a deep understanding of insurance workflows.
