Location: Khargapur, Gomtinagar Extension, Lucknow

Responsibilities:

- Execute presales activities and support strategic planning initiatives.
- Manage project bidding, proposal preparation, and client submissions.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, designers, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Manage stakeholder communication and requirement discussions.




- Support business strategy development and implementation.

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and project management methodologies.
- Experience with CRM, Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Understanding of IT services, web, and software development projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 06 month– 1years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in IT Services or Software Development companies preferred.
