§ Oversee day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring all departments function smoothly and efficiently.

§ Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

§ Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to optimize workflow and address operational challenges.

§ Manage the operational budget, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively and expenses are controlled.

§ Risk management of the organization including risk identification, classification.

§ Ensure that hospital policies and procedures are followed and updated as necessary.

§ Oversee the allocation of resources, including equipment, and facilities.

§ Manage budgets, including monitoring expenditures and finding cost-saving opportunities





§ Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the hospital’s goals.

§ Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.

§ Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to ensure cohesive operation.

§ Act as a liaison between the hospital administration, medical staff, and other stakeholders.

§ Plan and schedule regular visits to each branch to perform the maintenance activities.

§ Co-ordinate with Admin/VP Operations
