Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining solid, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with a designated portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial objectives, challenges, and evolving needs through regular communication and meetings.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant financial products and services, including investments, loans, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for clients,



presenting customized solutions that align with their risk appetite and financial goals.
- Monitor client portfolios and market trends, providing timely advice and recommendations to optimize their financial performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, credit analysts, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Resolve client inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and reviews to clients, detailing their portfolio status and market insights.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards in all client interactions.
- Actively participate in business development activities, including networking events and client acquisition initiatives, to expand the client base.
