About the Role

Saraswati Group of Colleges, Punjab is inviting applications for the position of Nursing Tutor.

The role requires a dedicated academic professional with strong clinical and teaching skills to support nursing education. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting theory and practical classes, supervising clinical training, mentoring students, and assisting in departmental academic activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver theory and practical sessions in Nursing
- Supervise students during clinical postings and hospital training
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practical demonstrations
- Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records
- Mentor students in academic and clinical learning
- Participate in departmental academic activities
- Organize seminars, workshops, and skill development sessions
- Support institutional academic and quality initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

- Educational Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory) / M.Sc. Nursing (Preferred)
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or clinical experience preferred
- Fresh candidates with excellent academic credentials may also apply
- Strong clinical knowledge and teaching aptitude
