Position / Role Title

AMC - Dealer

This role reports to the CIO

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Trade execution and monitoring based on model portfolio(s) using Order Management Systems :- Place orders for Equities, Mutual Funds, Bonds etc. with empaneled brokers.

- Engagement with empaneled brokers/counterparty(ies) for trade execution.

- Reconciliation of daily trades placed.

- Preparation of daily cash MIS prior to trade placement and share with Portfolio Manager(s).





- Maintain MIS of client specific trade restrictions.

- Client Management (internal & external).

- Maintain sound relationship with empaneled brokers and counterparties.

- Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management.

- Risk reporting, reverting to the operational risk and compliance teams to ensure all internal and external rules are complied with and any breaches are managed and rectified.

Role Requirement (Qualifications)

- Upto 5 years of experience as dealer in Asset Management Company, Broker/Dealer, PMS
- Able to work effectively under pressure, to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Wealth Spectrum OMS or MILES software is a must.
- Experience of maintaining procedural documentation.
- Competent with MS Excel
