- Follow up with clients through calls and emails on a regular basis
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Prepare and share quotations with prospective clients
- Regular follow-up for order confirmation and closure
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients
- Coordinate with the Accounts Team for payment updates and billing
- Work closely with the Production Team to ensure timely order execution
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities
