Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training & Development Executive to manage and enhance the organization's learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, planning and executing training programs, coordinating with internal and external trainers, maintaining training records, evaluating training effectiveness, and driving employee capability development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) in coordination with department heads.
- Prepare and implement annual and monthly training calendars.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Organize induction, technical, behavioral, leadership, safety, and compliance training programs.
- Coordinate with external training institutes and vendors.
- Develop training materials, presentations, SOPs, and learning content.
- Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and documentation.
- Track employee training hours and ensure completion of mandatory training.




- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and post-training evaluations.
- Prepare monthly training MIS reports and management presentations.
- Support employee development, succession planning, and competency enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company training requirements.
- Monitor training budgets and maintain cost records.
- Continuously improve learning processes and recommend new development initiatives.

Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Learning & Development or Training Management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
