About Company:
Cre-AID Labs is expanding the reach of MITHRIL Splints, an bioplastic thermoplastic casting and splinting solution. We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Associate to grow our presence across hospitals and clinics in Chennai.

Responsibilities:

- Drive on-ground sales through clinic and hospital visits
- Conduct product demos and support patient fittings
- Build robust relationships with therapists and clinicians
- Meet monthly sales targets and maintain CRM reports
- Share field insights to support growth and service excellence

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in medical device sales
- Graduation in Health Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Biomedical
- Engineering,



or related background
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Strong communication skills and comfort with regular field travel

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary:
- 2-4 y/o exp: 27,000 – 34,000 / month
- Quarterly performance-based incentives
- Daily travel allowance
