- Creative thinking & idea generation
- Job Responsibilities
- Research trending topics and ideas for Reels & short-form content
- Analyze competitors and viral content formats
- Write:
- Reel scripts
- Captions
- Hooks & storytelling lines
- Monitor and track content performance




- Reply to comments and DMs in a brand voice
- Engage with audience to improve reach and retention
- Work closely with video editors and marketing team

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

- Basic knowledge of tools like ChatGPT, Notion, or Canva
- Understanding of SEO basics
- Meme/trend awareness
- Basic analytics understanding (Instagram insights)

Work Expectations

- Daily research on trending reels
- 5–10 content ideas per day
- Script + caption writing
- Active comment engagement
