We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor for our new venue operations at Varkala & Nedumangad Court Complex. The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day operational activities, coordinating staff, and ensuring smooth workflow at the site.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and staff activities
Coordinate with management and client representatives
Maintain records, attendance, and workflow reports
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Handle team management and operational support
Maintain discipline and smooth functioning of the venue
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
Prior experience in Supervisor / Team Leader / Managerial roles preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage
